Hot Flash a Common Symptom of Menopause
Menopause in women is inevitable, and it is a natural body process of women. Menopause usually occurs during the ages of 40. During menopause a there will be lots of symptoms and changes in the body. Changes include increase in weight, the cessation of the menses and some emotional symptoms like anxiety and depression. But there is one symptom that is very common in menopause women, and this is hot flashes. Hot flashes is the sudden increase in body temperature causing the body to sweat a lot to alleviate the heat, but the heat does not last long it will dramatically decrease in seconds or minutes. However hot flashes are very disturbing causing restlessness and anxiety to sufferers.
